Hello,
Today was difficult, full of rage and fear and I just want to get back to normal. I'm so angry with "the system" and just tried to stay in the present all night and get myself really tired. Hope this works.

Hope you sleep tonight @Former-Member i'm hoping for some sleep. my life is confusing me at the moment! the system?? what system sigh.. theres no rhyme or reason to anything sometimes.

Hope you are feeling better, "the system" ticket to hell in my books! I tried once reaching out to "the system" and they made feel worse than when I started - trying to keep out of it now apart from the obvious seeing my GP and keeping an eye on increased anxiety meds.
They just mess with your head so much!
