Today I installed a new toiler cistern - all by myself. I had been nagging my husband for over a year to install a half flush system as we are on tank water. Now that I’m living alone I thought f**k it, I’m going to do it myself. I also lit a huge fire in the backyard to burn off all the rubbish and managed not to burn down the surrounding forest.
Yesterday, I watched whales frolicking from my back yard.
But I still can’t control the devil inside ☹️

Watching whales from your background sounds like you have a wonderful view!

Support is non existent. I understand that I am 1000% responsible for this, although in my own round about crazy way I have been trying. I have been in touch with SANE and I believe they are working on something. I know I need to address immediately the MDD which is chronic and severe, however as I have been on every medication imaginable as well as TMS and ECT I have no idea where to start. I have been completely depression medication free for nearly 10 months. My ADHD meds were stopped 5 weeks ago ( this hasn’t helped as the ADHD meds do offer some relief from the depression and significantly help with the BED and I have turned into a horrid fatty - just to. Make me feel a little worse )
on the bright side it’s a beautiful day and I can see the gorgeous ocean and the waves crashing on the beach from every room in my home.

It is hard to find that support @Fawkes and once we get it, it is hard to keep.
Can understand about trying different meds and going through TMS and ECT. Have done these numerous times myself.
