I'm sorry to hear you're struggling 😞

Do you have any professional support? Like a counsellor, meds, psychologist or psychiatrist?

If you'd like to join in some social threads to start to make some friends here on the forums, you could start with Good Morning! if you wanted, and/or visit the Social Spaces area of the Lived Experience Forum. You could also introduce yourself on the Welcome! Introduce yourself here thread if you like.

An important forum tip is if you type @ and then click on a name in the drop-down box, that person will get a notification and won't miss your reply.

Do you have friends/family you can contact easily? If you don't mind me asking, what is it that you are struggling with? I have only been on the forum a few days so still navigating my way around, but there seems to be some good support and tools on here too. I hope you have a better day today 🙂
