Grief

Grief

Hi

I'm getting really down at the moment I just don't want to be here anymore. My best friend passed away a month ago and I just missing her so much, that I can stop crying and I tried to tell my family but they some of my family members say I should be over it by now.

My friend passed away suddenly, I am just at a lost, and at the moment my OCD thoughts and depression are worst then every.

Re: Grief

Hi @Phantom1

There is no time to say grief ends.

My father passed away a long time ago. I still miss him.

It is not really getting over it, it is more like enjoy the memories but still function.

We all want our friends to function if something happened.

One month is not long.

Sorry when you were so close.
