Hi @Needhope
I just wanted to reach out to offer you some support 💜
I’m so deeply sorry to hear about everything that’s been happening for you and just from what you’ve shared, it’s completely understandable that you’ve noticed that your mental health is deteriorating and that you’re struggling to cope 💜
Although I don’t have any lived experience in relation to living with BPD that I can share with you, I just wanted to take a moment to share a couple of resources - in the hope that some of these may be helpful for you 💜
The first resource that I wanted to share with you is an organisation called the National Education Alliance for Borderline Personality Disorder.
As well as providing a wealth of information about BPD, they also provide a program called Family Connections which is available across Australia.
Basically, Family Connections is a free, 12 week course that meets weekly for two hours to provide education, skills training, and support for people who are in a relationship with someone who has BPD. Focusing on issues that are specific to BPD, it is hosted in a community setting and led by trained group leaders who are either clinicians or family members of relatives with BPD.
As such, I’ve just shared the link to this particular program below, just in case you would like to take a look:

The second resource that I thought may be helpful for you is an organisation called the Australian BPD Foundation.
Basically, they provide a wealth of information about BPD such as podcasts, conferences and presentations. They also provide a monthly newsletter that’s full of some great information too.
I’ve just shared the link to their website below, just in case you would like to explore some of their resources further:

I really hope that this helps you a little bit and please remember that you’re always welcome to reach out to us here whenever you need to 💜
Take kind and gentle care of yourself,
ShiningStar 💜
