very depressed
iam feeling so sad and overwhelmed with life, i am on meds was on a different one i need to feel better, iam trying so hard

Hi @norma34 Im sorry you’re feeling so down at the moment. Have you recently changed meds? What type of supports do you have in place to help you through these times? Please be gentle with yourself and take one day at a time.

even gentle yoga and meditation didn’t do it for me tonight.

Hi @norma34 so sorry to hear you're going through this right now. Changing meds can be a very difficult time, with a lot of ups and downs. Do you have much support around you, anyone you could talk to about what you're going through?

There is manmade and natural electricity that goes against our head.
It causes depression and feels nefarious, so we shape it as something such.
We can't solve electricity against our head.
