Something’s not right

Migrane

Migrane

So over a year without a migrane and it would appear I am having my worst one Ive ever had. Yes I know I shouldnt be on my tablet, but I probably shouldnt have driven into the doctors clinic (20min drive either way), fed the dogs, etc, etc. My life like many others, doesnt really allow time off for much at all, let alone a migrane. My doctor did say to go into a dark room with a cool cloth and try and sleep, hopefully you will wake without it. I nearly laughed there and then, there is too much to do when I get home.

I will say, I am not bending over to put or pick anything off the ground again tonight, its like impailing my head with a pitchfork, 2 barbs through the eyes and one through the brain. I had to do it 3 times and it was just as....unpleasant the last time as the first.

Unfortunately, other than painkillers she would prescribe anything for it, not until it lasts 2 or 3 days. I dont understand that, not in the slightest. I have shit to do, my sister has appointments I need to take her to, animals to care for, house to clean, you know a life (I know it doesnt sound overly appealing, but its what I got).

I did just realise the time and that I can have my meds and have tea and then I can go to bed, hopefully I wake tomorrow with no pain and eyes that can tolerate a bit of light.

Hi @ClockFace. I hope you are feeling better today ❤️🫂. I am a chronic migraine sufferer, and it’s awful getting them.
