These thoughts are becoming an urge and I don't think I can hold off from it much longer.....I'd reach out for 'help' if I thought there was any but I really don't think there is....I don't think I have any hope left....I think I've reached the end of myself....I have nothing left to give....

I am sorry you are going through this. I can't imagine. I have a son who struggles with psychosis and sister and I wish I could do more. My heart goes out to you. You are strong and brave.

Sorry you had found Lifeline didnt work for you.
Sane is another service sd @Paperdaisy mentioned which are catered towards complex mh struggles.
Having urges is something ive experienced. I think it was really hard for me to explain those feelings to others. I am grateful you felt safe to share here and be with us here.
