Dr Phil Withdrawal Syndrome

Dr Phil Withdrawal Syndrome

Hi everyone, I think I'm starting to feel the early effects of Dr Phil Withdrawal Syndrome. I know for many mental health is a very complex and personal thing but I have gained a lot of satisfaction in the past being able to diagnose myself and those around me. I enjoyed high school psychology classes immensely and being able to tap into the minds of professional psychologists every day has been wonderful for me. I am concerned as now I don't know where I will get the information from. Does anybody know how to access all the latest mental health diagnosis information easily?

All I know is that with mental health, people's thinking can becomes inward focused ,egocentric ,biased or otherwise compromised .. it's great you are reaching out because it always helps to see things from other perspectives

Hi @Gwynn , thanks for that, it looks very complicated and complex, I find Dr Phil can explain complex ideas in a way that average people can understand. I guess in future I'll have to put in a bit more effort to find out the right info.

Sorry about that - have you tried any podcasts?

@Gwynn, my attention span is about 15 minutes these days, not much of a podcast person.
