Something’s not right

Finally realising

Finally realising

Finally realising my 'mental issues' stem from the fact nothing in my life makes any sense. The fact that I am stable, and coping well off medication leads me to believe the problem is not me, but some kind of bizzare plot to drive me crazy. It's not one thing, it's everything I've been through. My parents are no help, no friend or family wants to talk to me, and I don't feel safe talking to therapists. I'm not thinking of SH, just wondering what to do about it all really.

Hey @justanotherguy ,

Thank you for sharing @justanotherguy . So it sounds like perhaps life is just not making sense?

I can relate to that. I don't think my life makes any sense either, and really, I think I've come to the point of not really even trying to understand my life because I know it won't make sense!!!

I've done some terrible things while being unwell - things I'm not proud of. Yet, i do not want to dwell on those things because it only leads me to getting down.

Do you have a particular goal you'd like to achieve in your life that is causing you to reflect in this way?

@tyme I was basically 'thrown to the wolves' at an early age and have struggled ever since. I clearly can't handle life as most people live it. For me survival has been the main goal.
