Frustration

Frustration

Just had an anger and frustration session, just letting out some frustrations out loud. It's like the trauma comes to the surface and the memories just take over. After one of these I can usually find a solution to one to work on, like a bit of self repair. I feel like I was set up early in life to fail, was led astray and neglected, then suffered as I spiralled down in life as I was supposed to do. I know my place in this world and I would like to just be that person so I can live my life as the Universe (*God*) intended.

Re: Frustration

Sounds like you might be an old hand at dealing with frustration. @justanotherguy Sound like good strategies to me. Being the best you and learning to cope with past traumas. A lot of us really do not like dealing with anger and frustration but trauma and neglect usually trigger some anger. Its natural, and yep the old acorns ... about how we express it and channel it or let it go.

I have been expressing a lot of anger and challenging things lately. It does not feel typical of me, but I feel it is necessary at this point in time. Hope by finally standing my ground the universe will shift with my changes and things turn out better ...

Found this yesterday ... some interesting pointers .. in the 2nd page.

@justanotherguy sitting with you in the frustration. I hope it helps to be able to vent it out.

In my opinion, we get to choose our place - that the universe gave us free will so that we could write our own narratives. Does that resonate with you at all?

Hi @Jynx , I found one of my favourite parts of The Matrix films was the Indian couple in the train station with Neo. They spoke about purpose and it links neatly back to elements of Indian spiritual belief. I have had an idea in my mind since my teens of my ideal life, I feel like I am always being drawn to it.
