How do you go on?
I simply do not know how to keep doing this? I have fought and tried so hard but it just does not go away? How do people deal with years of pain despite their best efforts?

Hi @Daisy78 . Sometimes when I'm at my lower points I turn to TED. They have an idea for everything.
Here's some playlist's on a bunch of pick me up themes. As examples, if you're interested.

Hello @wellwellwellnez, something caught my eye in your list...'misfits'. I almost didn't, but I put everything on hold and tuned in. I watched the first and second talks and they were wonderful. Thank you for the link. Have a good day, my friend.

Yes @wellwellwellnez Ted talks are amazing and I have watched a few on mental illness. They do help your right, they have made me feel less "all my fault". Ill take a look thanks x

I think that's also a big reason why I like the TED scene @Daisy78 . The general lack of stigma.
Stigma is kind of un-academic. Also un-fun. So, fun academics has a certain bonus refreshment.
Who's got time to judge when there's so much to learn?

I actually haven't seen that one @Historylover .I might check em out.
I've seen 4,6 and 7. 6 was a big one for me. I think it's how I first became aware of Temple Grandin who is now a sort of pioneering hero to me (in mental health and animal welfare, so that kind of counts double).

@wellwellwellnez ...how very true that is. It is a shame more people are not on board with your thinking. But there are many who are too so guess we will take that😁
