Yes Nattsa, I'm from SA too.
Just signed up to this forum. Been having a dark time. Lucky to have a really good friend who gets MH issues. She encouraged me to reach out for help & not make any big decisions right now.
Hope you're doing OK. It's OK if you're not. It can be a challenging time of the year.
