I saw my p doc today
I just rang mental health line
I'm overwhelmed
Hopefully speak to partner tonight
And mum or dad tonight too

I wrote something out but it changed pages so I’m just going to write, why do people bump in to you… strangers they’re trying to provoke you… people you know might be guageing how much you like them… but it shouldn’t be happening in the first place, I’m going a bit crazy over it @MDT.
also tell me to shut up if I’m stepping over a line here but you mentioned your gf is on her visa…. Is she with you cause you seem vulnerable and she’s trying to get her pr or citizenship… I don’t wanna force my negativity on to you but has she been giving you any signals as such? I’m not paranoid but worried I suppose… maybe I’m coming off too straightforward but anywho keen for your response

There is nothing I can do for any of that and her PR. I spoke to my p doc about it and he said "has she asked you for money?" And the answer is no. So its fine. In terms of dropping hints and stuff - well she did say she wants to do it herself. She is even too proud to ask her uncle or dad - but i think this is okay. She wants to do things herself.
I spoke to her about my MH today. THis was helpful I think
In terms of other people man - Idk aye. I think the best thing is to be the person you want others to be - if that makes sense?
