@NatureLover i have supports like the national disability insurance scheme (NDIS) and other support but my mental health is still not where I want it to be

@Evie1 I reckon none of us here on the forums can say our mental health is where we want it to be. I'm glad you have good supports now.

I'm one of the peer workers on the forums.
I'm sorry to hear your mental health isn't where you want it to be. I feel that recovery journeys from mental ill health can often be 1 step forward 2 steps back. I try to aim to turn that around and think of it as 2 steps forward 1 step back. Sometimes it works sometimes not so much. Little steps are often a good way to look at it. I love the support you get on these forums though so you've returned to a good place!
