Something’s not right

Morning

Morning

I woke again bugger i didn't want to.

Now i have to get up i don't want to.

Body function demands i don't want to

Our dog needs a walk i don't want to.

I need to put on a new mask i don't want to..

I going to see people on this walk i don't want to.

i'll need to interact i don't want to.

The world outside my walls demands all these thing i don't want to do but to live and function inside there parameters i must do all these thing as a basic. Don't they know how hard it is to wear the mask of I'm ok and functioning is to to do each day.

Just once i would like to go to town be myself and when asked if ok say no bad mental day and not have to explain or be rude and just walk on. Please world somtimes say ok hope you feel better latter and accept we don't all smile and sparkle all the time.

My head now hurts so i am pulling down the blinds lock the door and forget that there is anything on the other side today.

Maybe tomorrow will be better.

@SCORPION

It is always okay to shut out the world for a time.

Sometimes we all need to just give ourselves permission to be not okay, permission to feel the sadness or overwhelm or to take off the mask and give ourselves space to breathe.

A quote I love that has really helped me is this one -

Hope you are able to just be goo today, if that's what you need 💜
