Working through a bit of internet derrangement

Working through a bit of internet derrangement

Politics trigger warning.

I don't think I've been this involved in war events since the twin towers came down. It's bringing up a lot of trauma from that time, I think for me and also a lot of people (and also a lot of world war events). All the shifting political lines has also stirred up a lot of feelings about trust and truth. I've had a bunch of highs and lows, and a bit of a resurgence in trauma response.

Feeling unusual levels of anxious attachment while still maintaining a lot of avoidance. Looking for new ways to feel these kinds of feelings. I want more of my best to come out. To hope dangerously again.

It's dawning on me that I was under coercive control around about that time. That might be part of what's squeezing me.

I’m just wondering how you’re coping with not being able Togo to war, I’m assuming you can’t but I’m only assuming. I for one am not for war, but that mentality, like you can go to war was something, I’m just sitting idle about it myself @wellwellwellnez @wondering what you’re feeling

sad for not going to war@Former-Member ? I wouldn't say that. You mean as a loose alliance, a country or personally. Either way I'm hoping mediation will prevail. It's more activist stress from trying to play "keyboard warrior". Heads a bit spinning from all the moving parts. At the same time it's been moving and educational.

Thanks for checking in.

Winding myself down now. Getting back to doing the real things that I'm doing. Touching the grass. Thinking I should make more space for joyful things. Fill the well and all that.
