Something’s not right

Moods

Moods

I am really not sure what to think like are you ever told something by a professional and you just don’t believe it because like usually I suppose you could say I trust my psychologist as far as my trust for such people goes anyway and she said I was manic but I just idk like it doesn’t feel as intense as some other times have been so like what if I am just in a good mood I mean like yes I am not sleeping and I have been very busy and I want to talk a lot but that doesn’t nessecarily mean there is a problem right? I mean even if there was what am I supposed to do other than ride it out and idk I just am not sure what to think does anyone have any suggestions?

Re: Moods

Hello @Eden1919 ,

Professionals don't know EVERYTHING. However, they are good to consult when things just don't seem quite right. Even then, as you mentioned, sometimes they DO get it wrong. Hence there's space to seek a second opinion.

Professional judgement encapsulates experience, and everyone has different experiences. It is definitely good to consult professionals, especially for matters affecting our daily lives and functioning.

Hope this sort of helps @Eden1919 !

Take Care,

tyme
