Often gobsmacked. Often wrong word comes out, so am learning to make a joke of it. Not easy. I have been like that all my life socially. Its only when I have specific role that I get into capable mode. So for me its not meds or ECT, just life too complicated.

I am the same, struggle to get any words that need to come out be on the outside of my head. even inside is often very scrambled. i try to write things down to give to people but some time even that is hard. also similar that can be very functional in specific roles but nowhere else.

Hugs @Bunniekins I know the feeling. Is there someone who can ask you gentle questions to unsludge your brain and help you express yourself again? My psychologist helps but it's a long wait between appts. Singing along with songs I know is sometimes the best I can do.
Love,
Dimity

@Bunniekins I can relate- its not easy. And I am asking myself the same question too. Reducing our stress and anxiety, exercise, good diet, sleep and working differents parts of our brain. I find lighting candles helps me and swimming and vitamin D. We could try to open up here and also express our thoughts here. Hope this helps a little my sister

Sending hugs our darling @Bunniekins Sounds like you're exhausted my friend and in need of some good nights sleep which I hope you can manage somehow. Breathe slowly and please take care 🙏❤️

@Bunniekins It could also be related to your heart condition too. Take it easy and look after you.
