I can't do this anymore

I am starting to feel like I can't do this, the thoughts keep coming in waves

Self care- does it work?

 

I am doing my best to work on self care, but it just doesn't feel like it is working for me. Does anyone else feel this way? Some days I wonder whether it's me that is the problem

Hi there, 

 

I am changing medications at the moment and my doctor is recommending Proza c. I was wondering if anyone else has been on Proza c and whether it is worth starting? I tend to get bad side effects with others so I am feeling a bit nervous

I am just feeling so lost. None of my health professionals understand what I need and just assume they know better. I feel like everyone should give up on the mental health system, it's just not worth it. 

If you are seeing a doctor, I suggest you stop before you feel lost too

Furious with NDIS review (practice post)

OMG

I am appalled. 

Just had NDIS review with totally unprofessional obviously corporate and not disability sector, unprepared person who called my son and his coordinator the wrong names and clearly had not read the plan review report!!!!!!!

When my son said he was in hospital due to si she wanted to keep asking provoking  questions!!!!

I am very uoset by this and once review comes through the organisation will be hearing from me.
