Hi LostAngel,
I don't know that very much about your condition, but I think it is important to keep in touch with your health professionals. You may feel fine now, but mental health can be unpredictable.
I personally experience great fear of talking to doctors, psychiatrists or psychologists when I am feeling fine myself. I worry they will think I'm inventing my symptoms because my current state is okay.
What I think is important is to report your previous symptoms, and how you are worried they will come back. Mental health professionals know that many individuals experience fluctuations in their wellbeing, ranging from feeling okay to feeling to totally awful. Maybe you could take this opportunity of feeling okay to get across to your health professional an explanation of what is normally a problem better than you would if you were feeling really bad at the time.
Psychiatrists are usually expensive, so you do need to weigh the pros and cons of whether it is worth seeing one. If you think your symptoms will return, I think you would be better having a discussion with the psychiatrist about it so you can make a plan as to what steps you can take to ease the pain if they do.
Anyway, by now you have probably already seen your doctor (or not), but I hope my message has helped a little.

Hello @LostAngel please do see a psychiatrist as it is good to get a proper diagnosis and the right type of treatment. As @Silver9 has said, you may feel now but tomorrow is another day 🌸

thank you both I ended up missing the call then putting it off unfortunetly and even though I rang back the receptionist at the doctors I was told the doctor was booked out for another week anyways also my regular doctor isnt back to next week either so I dont know maybe some denial on my part as Im feeling ok at the momment, although I did promise my aunt I would call the doctors tomorw morning again I geuss Ill see if I actually do that or not,the only thing bothering me today has been that Ive felt tired and at times a goofy kind of restlessness yes Im probly putting things off denying it telling myself Im fine fingers crossed I make a better decison tomorow

It doesn't have to be all and end all either way. The analogy I want to share is "leg day". You don't have to meet (or skip) each and every leg day. Just remember to look after your legs.
